PER NIGHT RATE IS $255.00 PER NIGHT - this includes the insurance and roadside assistance.  

BOOK AFTER DECEMBER 1ST - PER NIGHT RATE WILL GO TO $275.00

IF WE DELIVER AND PICK UP RATE IS $160.00 PER NIGHT

• IF WE DELIVER AND PICK UP THE PROTECTION PLAN INSURANCE IS $15 PER DAY 
• 7.25% TAX IS CHARGED ON ALL RENTALS - ONLY ON PER NIGHT RATE NOT TOTAL COST

PAYMENT POLICY

• BOOK BY NOVEMBER 30TH, 1ST PAYMENT IS ONLY $350.00
• BOOK ON OR AFTER DECEMBER 1ST - FIRST PAYMENT IS HALF THE TOTAL RENTAL COST

NOTE:  Security deposit of $1000.00 is taken day you pick up the camper and is not included in the price of the camper.  SEE BELOW.

CANCELLATION FEE(S)

• Cancel BEFORE FINAL PAYMENT DATE:  1st payment is refunded less a $50 admin fee
• Cancel 29 days to 4 days prior to pick up - Fee is $350.00
• Cancel 3 days until day of pick up - Fee is $500.00
• If cancel and rebook - fee is $50.00 - rest of amount paid carries over to new dates

MANDATORY INSURANCE AND ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE ARE INCLUDED IN THE PER NIGHT RENTAL - EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1ST.

•  MILEAGE - 150 Free miles per day - Example:  5-day rental you get 750 free miles total for the trip.  500 free miles - if you drive 600 miles you are charged .30/MILE for 100 miles = $30.00 - ALL RENTALS AFTER DECEMBER 1ST THIS WILL INCREASE TO .40/MILE
  
• GENERATOR - 5 hours per day free - Example:  5-day rental you get 25 free hours of generator use for the trip.  If you use the generator 30 hours, you are charged $4/HR for 5 hours = $20.00
  
• PREP/STOCK FEE:  $100.00 - This includes all kitchen dishes for 6 to 8 people, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish towels, pots and pans, air fryer, crockpot, electric skillet, rugs and all cleaning products!  Plus, propane and you don't have to refill when bringing back!

• ​FUEL SURCHARGE IF NOT RETURNED WITH FULL TANK - Renter will be charged cost of gas to fill tank, PLUS an extra $75 fee for us having to do this.  This will be taken from the security deposit.
  
• CLEANING FEE - If motorhome is returned not cleaned - fee is $100 or more depending on severity.  A checklist is given to renter on day of pickup so there are no questions as to what is expected.
  
• PROPANE TANKS - You do not have to bring the camper back with full propane tank - it is included in the prep fee.
  
• If the black tank (sewer) is not emptied or clogged - $100 FEE
  
• LATE FEE - Return time is by 3pm - for every hour after will be charged $25/hour - if returned after 6pm a whole day rate will be charged.

• TOLLS - If we receive a toll bill at any time after your rental up to one year / the cameras do take pictures of the license plate and it will have the date stamped on it - the renter is responsible for paying this and it can be taken from the card on file used for the security deposit.
