BELOW ARE POLICIES FOR PICKUP RENTALS / MISC DELIVERIES

• Must be 25 years old or older
• Vehicle must have 2-inch receiver with round 7 plug (we do not repair these make sure it is working)
• Any trailer over 5000lbs must have brake controller in vehicle
• Must provide insurance card for vehicle towing camper / insurance must extend liability to trailer 
• No smoking / Pets are only allowed for Purina Farm Rentals

1ST PAYMENT:  

TOTAL COST UP TO $750.00 

• 1ST PAYEMNT IS $250.00

TOTAL COST OVER $751.00 

• 1ST PAYMENT IS $350.00

TOTAL COST OVER $1500.00

• 1ST PAYMENT IS $500.00

FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE 14 DAYS PRIOR TO PICKUP

• If reduction in nights occur after 1st payment is made there is a 25% fee 
• No refunds for unused or weather 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancel before final payment fee is $100.00
• Cancel 14 to 0 days prior fee is 50% of total cost
• If rebook dates there is an admin fee of $50.00 - anything paid is carried over to new dates

• All travel trailers (bumper hitch trailers) security deposit is $500.00
• All 5th wheels / Class A / Class C security deposit is $1000.00
• Must be paid by cash or with credit card - NO CHECKS!
• Security deposits can take 7 to 10 business days to be returned.
