ALL PICK UP RENTALS RATE IS $185.00 PER NIGHT 

IF WE DELIVER AND PICK UP RATE IS $160.00 PER NIGHT

• IF WE DELIVER AND PICK UP THE PROTECTION PLAN INSURANCE IS $14 PER DAY 
• 7.25% TAX IS CHARGED ON ALL RENTALS - ONLY ON PER NIGHT RATE NOT TOTAL COST

PAYMENT POLICY

• TOTAL COST:  $750.00 AND UNDER - 1ST PAYMENT IS $350.00 
• TOTAL COST:  $750.00 AND ABOVE - 1ST PAYMENT IS $500.00
• FINAL PAYMENT IS COLLECTED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO PICKUP OR DELIVERY
  

NOTE:  Security deposit of $1000.00 is taken day you pick up the camper and is not included in the price of the camper. 

CANCELLATION FEE(S)

• Cancel within 48 hours of making booking - Fee is $50.00
• Cancel after 48 hours and up until  30 days prior to pick up - Fee is $250.00
• Cancel 29 TO 14 days until day of pick up - Fee is 35% of total cost (excludes insurance)
• Cancel 13 to 0 days prior until day of pickup - Fee is 50% of total cost
• If cancel and rebook - fee is $50.00 - but rest of amount paid carries over to new dates

MANDATORY INSURANCE IS $59/DAY AND ROADSIDE IS $15/DAY

•  Additional insurance MUST be purchased thru our insurance provider 
• Must be taken out 5 days prior to pick up date. 
• If we do not receive notification that the required insurance has been taken out this will make your contract for the motorhome rental null & void - cancel penalties will apply!

​*If we deliver/setup/pickup camper to your destination - no additional insurance is collected*

•  MILEAGE - 100 Free miles per day  - Example:  5-day rental you get 500 free miles total for the trip.  500 free miles - if you drive 600 miles you are charged .30/MILE for 100 miles = $30.00
  
• GENERATOR - 4 hours per day free - Example:  5-day rental you get 20 free hours of generator use for the trip.  If you use the generator 28 hours, you are charged $3.50/HR for 8 hours = $28.00
  
• PREP/STOCK FEE:  $100.00

• ​FUEL SURCHARGE IF NOT RETURNED WITH FULL TANK - Renter will be charged cost of gas to fill tank, PLUS an extra $75 fee for us having to do this.  This will be taken from the security deposit.
  
• CLEANING FEE - If motorhome is returned not cleaned - fee is $100 or more depending on severity.  A checklist is given to renter on day of pickup so there are no questions as to what is expected.
  
• PROPANE TANKS - You do not have to bring the camper back with full propane tank - it is included in the prep fee.
  
• GREY & BLACK TANKS - If the grey tank is not emptied - $35 FEE

• If the black tank (sewer) is not emptied - $100 FEE
  
• LATE FEE - Return time is by 3pm - for every hour after will be charged $50/hour - if returned after 5pm a whole day rate will be charged.

• TOLLS - If we receive a toll bill at any time after your rental up to one year / the cameras do take pictures of the license plate and it will have the date stamped on it - the renter is responsible for paying this and it can be taken from the card on file used for the security deposit.
